note that per CPSB Circular 09-08 the
threshold for purchases considered
equipment was raised from $1,000 to
$5,000 to conform with changes to the
Louisiana Accounting and Uniform
Governmental Handbook guide starting in
the fiscal year 2008-2009 (though
exceptions exist for 8g funded
programs).
