Please note: only classroom teachers are eligible to apply for tuition exemption.
Applications will be accepted on the following dates each semester:
- Summer 2009 May 4 - 29, 2009
- Fall 2009 August 31 - September 25
- Spring 2010 January 11 - February 12
Priorities for Tuition Exemption

Teachers working toward certification in their current teaching assignment

Teachers working to attain Highly Qualified status in their current teaching assignment.
Applications with all attachments should be submitted to Bethany Bond in the Personnel Department located at 3310 Broad Street, Lake Charles, LA 70615

Copy of Teaching Certificate

Paid Fee Bill
-
Prescription (courses required to complete field of study) signed by the department head of advisor at the university attended

End of the semester - original transcript from the university must be sent to the attention of Bethany Bond. No copies will be accepted.
