Title I Family Involvement Program

The purpose of the Title I Family Involvement Program is to help schools plan, implement, and evaluate partnership programs that involve all families and improve student achievement.

All of our 34 Title I schools are members of the National Network of Partnership Schools (NNPS).  Each partnership strengthens its program by using an Action Team For Partnerships approach, writing goal-oriented partnership plans, and selecting partnership practices from the NNPS research-based framework of Six Types of Involvement to engage all families in their children's education in meaningful ways.  Members of NNPS continually learn from new research and from each other's examples to improve and sustain their partnership programs to increase to student success.
