Print Documents in Reverse
|
Many
ink-jet printers typically stack multipage documents with
the first page on the bottom, which forces you to collate
the copies in the correct page order. This can be a
time-consuming process, particularly if you're on your way
to a meeting.
However, you can configure
the printer to print the pages in descending order to avoid
this scenario. Follow these steps:
- Go to File | Print.
- Click the Options
button.
- Select the Reverse
Print Order check box, and click OK twice.
This change applies to the
current document. If you want to make this a permanent
change and you intend to use the same printer for all of
your print jobs, go to Tool | Options, and select the
Reverse Print Order check box on the Print tab. This applies
the change to all documents. |
Formatting Text In Excel
|
If
you are looking for a different way to format your text in
Excel, then this may be the answer:
- Choose alignment
- Orientation
- And, vertically change the
direction of text.
This is useful in a
document where you are trying to have several headings
across the page, as in a grade book, attendance sheet, etc.
but using standard horizontal text makes the columns too
wide and/or takes up too much room on the page. |

correct words and deducted for letter hints. In addition,
the game’s “check feature” can be used to see if the words
you filled in are correct as you play the game. The
crossword puzzles join other vocabulary-building games on
