Collaborative Storytelling: Storybird...Look Who's Tweeting!

Description:
Participants will be introduced to the Seven Elements of Digital Storytelling as we explore, assess examples and discover various storymapping and storyboarding templates used to create a digital story. This presentation will facilitate and inspire student learning and model digital-age work and learning through creativity. Participants will build a digital story using Storybird.com. They will collaborate as a critic and learn about various resources for publishing content. Participants will learn about DAOW, seven elements, storymaps and storyboards. Storybird is a free collaborative storytelling website.
