200 were General courses training 3046 Participants.

39 were online courses with 621 participants.

41 were E3 courses training 941 McNeese Students.

69 were CBT courses training 1237 CBT Teachers.

62 were General (other) courses training 889 Participants.
Of these courses, 106 were taught after hours with a total enrollment of 1683.
In 2006-2007, we offered 313 classes and trained 5776 participants.

  • Help Desk issues processed during the 2007 calendar year – 11,068 issues
  • Support ratio of help desk specialists (3) to employees in the district – 1500 employees per help desk specialist
  • Support ratio of repair technicians (3) to computers in the district – 5,333 computers per technician
  • Support ratio of network field specialists (5) to computers in the district – 3,200 computers per specialist
  • Average number of workstations accessing the network at any given moment – 8,500 computers
