The America Connects Consortium (ACC) supports the work of community technology centers (CTCs) across the country.  Funded by the U.S. Department of Education, ACC provides technical assistance to the more than 400 centers funded through the federal CTC program. Through training, evaluation, resource development, and research, ACC supports the use of information technology to improve achievement in education and enrich community life.

The website offers a range of information, tools and resources that help practitioners stay on top of digital divide developments. It also serves as forum where practitioners can share their experiences with colleagues around the world. Taken as a whole, the information exchanged on DDN is laying the foundation of a knowledge network for people and communities interested in working together to bridge the divide.

Manufacturer Sites:  Learn to research your own difficulties with various products on the web.  Chances are that if you are having problems with a product, someone else did as well.  Many manufacturer's pages have a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to assist.  For pop-up errors, research the sites just as you would a regular Internet search.  Find drivers, support, and common problems.
