WHEN IS IT USED?

Use an issue bin when there is a more appropriate time
      to address the issue or question.
 
HOW IS IT MADE?
  1. Have a special space reserved on the board or on flip chart or butcher paper.
  2. Write "Issue Bin" at the top of the paper/board.
  3. Instruct group that suggestions and topics for later discussion will be written on sticky notes and placed on the board or the paper.
