2. Use sketchy to develop their own animated political cartoon.

Procedures
**Students need prior knowledge of political cartoons.
1. Look at examples of political cartoons loaded on the palm.
2. Using sketchy, create an animated cartoon that is relevant to our state.
3. Present cartoons to class.
