About Us...

Calcasieu Parish School Board’s Technology Training Center works collaboratively with the district’s Curriculum and Instruction department, as well as, McNeese State University, in an effort to assist administrators, teachers and students in the integration of technology into a content rich curriculum. With the use of the National Educational Technology standards (NETS), our goal is to empower and support our customers with the tools needed for lifelong success as we continue the mission of "Advancing Quality Education through Technology-Connected Learning.” Our projects include:      • Classroom-Based Technology (CBT)      • Ensuring Educational Excellence (E3)      • Technology Camp      • eLearning      • I-TEC      • Summer Technology Classes (Current Course List)      • Job-Embedded Professional Learning Through these projects we service the 32 elementary schools, 13 middle schools, 16 high schools of our district, McNeese State University and private and parochial schools in our local area.
