  •  Mission and Vision

Mission: Developing higher educational standards for all students.

Vision: DeQuincy High School, in partnership with all stakeholders and the community, will strive to produce a well-rounded, four year graduate with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter college and/or the workforce.

    Community Christmas

Each year our school has been involved with the DeQuincy Community Christmas program.  Schools were asked for a list of students who we felt would benefit from the program.  Because of Covid-19 and the hurricanes, the program will be open to everyone, but it doesn't mean everyone will qualify for help.  The schools will not send the names to the DeQuincy Community Christmas team.  Parents have the opportunity to go online and fill out an application on the DeQuincy High website.  When the application is submitted, it will go directly to the coordinator of the program.  A form will need to be filled out for each individual child in your home.

    Requirements for the program:

    • If school-age, the child must be enrolled in a DeQuincy public school
    • If not school-age, the child must have a DeQuincy address
    • Children age 18 or above are not eligible UNLESS enrolled as a full-time student at DeQuincy High School
    • Must be a resident of DeQuincy
    • Incomplete forms will not be considered
    • The deadline is November 16th at 5:00 p.m.  FORMS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE.
