Welcome Back!

Welcome back to the 2019-20 school year and the 20th year of the CPSB electronic resource, Tech Connect. This online newsletter is a collaborative effort of all the staff in the Technology Department. Every Thursday, you can expect to find in your email inbox, the latest educational technology resources available in our district along with tips to help support your technology skills!

The CPSB Technology Department had a busy, but productive summer. The Technology Training Center conducted training sessions for hundreds of school system employees in preparation for the beginning of the new school year. We provided over 60 face-to-face, online, and webinar classes to help school district employees improve their use of technology. The Tech Class Calendar includes upcoming training opportunities for this fall semester.

We understand that the beginning of the school year is a busy time for you and the Tech Support team is working very hard to support all users in the district and is working as fast as possible to resolve submitted issues. To assure faster service, please submit all Tech Help requests or questions to help.cpsb.org.

I am so proud of our Tech Department staff and their commitment to providing employees with resources, training, and support. We look forward to working with you again this school year. Let us know what we can do to help you.

Have a great school year!

Kim Leblanc
Chief Technology Officer
