Tech Help: Microsoft Office
Activation Error

If a computer gets an error message that states, This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated, it's due to an older version of MS Office that's installed on the computer. To resolve this error, Microsoft Office needs to be reinstalled through the CPSB Software Center. Before doing so, make sure to save and close any open documents as the install process will need all MS Office programs closed. Follow these steps to resolve the error:
1. On the bottom left side of the screen, click on the Windows icon to open the start menu.
2. Type in the words Software Center and press Open.
3. Once Software Center opens, locate the Applications Tab, click on the option for Office ProPlus 2016 (Office 365) - Without Teams.
4. Click the blue Install button.
This process typically takes 15-30 minutes to complete. If you do not see Software Center or have any questions or need assistance, please contact Tech Help at 217-4357.

TeleStory App

TeleStory is a free and easy app to use in the classroom. It allows students to write, direct, and star in their own tv show or and make exciting newscast videos. The app gives students a cool background, face-detecting costumes, cue cards, and special effects to create their own themed show. Students can create content for classroom news, historical events, current events, and much more!
