is Not Activated
Error Message

When a CPSB device gets a message stating that Microsoft Office is not activated, follow these steps to resolve and install the most current version:
1. In the Windows 10 Search box located in the bottom left corner of the taskbar, type Add or remove programs.
2. Select Open to launch Settings > Apps & features.
3. Scroll down and click on the Microsoft Office version that is installed and select Uninstall.
4. Once removed, in the Windows 10 search box type Software Center.
5. Locate the current version of Microsoft Office available for installation and click Install.
*NOTE: The installation may take up to 30 minutes.

How to Access a OneNote Notebook:
 Web App and Desktop App

Accessing a OneNote Notebook Online with OneNote Web App
1. To access a OneNote notebook, whether it is a regular notebook, Staff Notebook, or Class Notebook, first sign in to Office 365 with CPSB credentials. Office 365 can be accessed from the CPSB home page or through Launchpad.
2. Once signed in, select the OneNote app. (See image above.)
3. Once OneNote opens, the recently accessed notebooks will be visible in the Recents list. (See image above.)
     a. Select My notebooks to view the notebooks created by you.
     b. Select Shared with me for notebooks others have created and have shared with you.
     c. Select Class notebooks to access any created or shared.
OneNote Notebook with Windows 10 OneNote Desktop App
1. Launch the OneNote desktop app.
2. If the notebook you'd like to open isn't listed, click the arrow beside the Notebooks to view the list.
3. If the notebook you'd like to open isn't on the list, select More notebooks at the bottom of the list.
4. If listed, click the checkbox to select it. If not listed, search for the notebook you'd like to open in the app and click the checkbox to select it, then click Open.
