Need Tech Help Fast? First, Make Sure
You're in the Right Workspace

The Tech Support Center wants to help you in a timely manner. One of the ways you can help us to help you is to make sure you submit your Footprints ticket in the right workspace. Doing so helps us to assign your ticket to the right Help Desk Specialist.

How can you tell if you’re in the right workspace? When entering your Tech Help Footprints ticket, look in the upper right-hand corner under Welcome, Your Name to see which workspace you are in. If you are not in the right workspace, you can always click on the name of the workspace for your other choices to appear. Then, make your selection. When in doubt, always choose CPSB Tech Help. Your ticket will be moved appropriately.

As always, feel free to call 217-HELP (4357) for assistance.
