Digital Learning Day is February 27th

Digital Learning Day started in 2012 as a way to spread innovative practices and ensure all students have access to high-quality digital learning opportunities. Digital Learning Day promotes the effective use of modern-day tools afforded to every other industry to improve the learning experience in K-12 public schools. This year, Digital Learning Day is Thursday, February 27, 2020. Join the CPSB Technology Department in a Twitter chat to discuss what teachers around our parish are doing on a daily basis to promote digital learning in their classrooms. You can find our Twitter chat @CPSB_TTC.

Microsoft's Hacking STEM

Microsoft's Hacking STEM program helps teachers modernize their current STEM curriculum through inquiry and project-based lesson plans to develop future-ready skills in the classroom. This program enables students to build affordable scientific instruments that visualize real-time data across space, earth, life, and physical science curriculum. These projects encourage computational and design thinking while integrating phenomenon-based learning experiences to solve real-world problems. Learn more at the Microsoft Hacking STEM Library.
