Enrollment Guidelines & Policies


  • When & How to enroll

    Students previously enrolled in CPSB Connected Classrooms remain enrolled as schools reopen. Students can transfer to or from the virtual program through the school site within the first two weeks of it's opening. After the two week grace period, commitment to the virtual program is for the entire semester ending in January 2021.

  • What's Next?

    Students and parents will be contacted by their virtual teachers with details about their upcoming virtual classes, orientation information, and instructions for paying registration fees online or device checkout.  

  • Returning to Face-to-Face Instructions

    2020 Fall Semester:

    • Commitment to the virtual program is for the entire fall semester ending January 2021.
    • There will be a two-week grace period after the school site reopens for students to transfer back to face-to-face instruction. 
    • All transfers are made through the school site.  

    2021 Spring Semester: 

    • The last date to transfer back to face-to-face instruction for the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year is January 2021. There will be no grace period for the second semester.
