Checking School Email
Earbuds Not Working?
If your earbuds are not working after plugging them into the computer, there may be a problem with some software on your school-issued computer. Here's what to do:
- Bring the computer to school, connect to the school's WiFi, and log in.
- Open "Software Center" on the computer.
- Search for the application called "Waves MaxxAudio for Dell" and install it.
- Once the software is installed, restart the computer.
Once these steps are completed, the earbuds should work. If you continue to have problems, please follow the instructions under the heading "Getting Help With Technology."
Getting Help With Technology
If you are experiencing issues with your school issued technology, please visit the Student Tech Help page and login with your CPSB user name and password. Once there, you can create a Tech Help ticket where you will describe your issue. Someone from the Tech Help department will contact you to assist.
