#EdTech Twitter Accounts to Follow

Check out the following Twitter accounts for some of the best educational technology tips, resources, and information.


@ClassTechTips - Monica Burns helps make edtech easier. She shares tips through Twitter and in her ClassTechTips.com blog.

@rmbyrne - Richard Byrne is a helpful teacher who publishes the Practical Ed Tech Handbook and maintains freetech4teachers.com.

@cultofpedagogy - Jennifer Gonzalez's Cult of Pedagogy helps teacher crush it in the classroom with resources to strengthen teaching muscles.

@mtholfsen - Mike Tholfsen, Microsoft Education product manager, is an edtech superhero in a purple cape who shares some of the best Microsoft 365 tips available for the classroom.

@jmattmiller - Matt Miller is an educator and the author of four books including Ditch That Textbook. While many of Matt's tips are intended for use with Google tools, the ideas can be adapted for Microsoft 365.

Blackboard Update: Changes in the Content Editor

Blackboard's March 4th update includes a change in the way content can be transferred from other sources. Users will now need to use the Add Content button to add images from a source instead of using the copy and paste functionalities. Blackboard states that this change addresses performance issues.

Teachers can earn Tech Points by participating in CPSB Tech Classes. Tech Points can be traded for classroom technology including projectors, iPads, laptops, and Promethean boards.
