I am currently a fifth grade ELA teacher.  I am married with two school-aged children.  I have been a teacher for eighteen years.  I did my student teaching and worked at Prien Lake Elementary School for one year, then moved to A.A. Nelson in 2005. I have taught 2nd grade-5th grade, and I've loved them all! My passion is teaching the joy of reading to my students. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and cheering on the Houston Astros.
