Where can I get answers to frequently asked Tech Help questions?

Who are my school's Tech Contacts?

School administrators select Tech Contacts to assist with management in schools. They are provided with information and resources to assist with technology-related issues and provide support. A list of Tech Contacts is available on the Tech Help/Support website.

Who can help with student passwords?

School administrators request that certain staff members have the ability to assist with the management of student passwords. A list of those who can help with student passwords at each school is available on the Tech Help/Support website.

How do I put in a Tech Help ticket?
Tech Help tickets are all managed through IncidentIQ where assets are managed, making it easier to enter device information as long as the asset is up-to-date and has accurate information attached. Once a ticket is submitted, Tech Support technicians will communicate through comments on the submitted ticket. Once a comment posts, the users will get notifications in their email as technicians address the issue. Users can respond by clicking the link in the email notification to comment on the ticket.

When purchasing technology or completing a grant application, you may need to know the cost of certain items. The Tech Help/Support website provides technology quotes that are applicable if purchased to use as CPSB equipment.
