Access to Technology

  • “In my class, students use their laptops. If they forget to bring their laptops, I provide them with devices. I have fifteen iPads, nine Apple pens and a Promethean board. I also have 12 charging stations to keep everything going, so we can use technology every day. Students independently log into Canvas, Microsoft Whiteboard, and Forms on daily basis along with other sources that are used in my lessons. For example, students can use their email to access missed class work. Also, every day they must check Canvas for any makeup work. My students have access to different apps like Edulastic, Problem Attic, Sway, Kahoot, OneNote, EdPuzzle, etc. Without technology, I wouldn't know what to do as there is no more paper in my classroom.Technology makes my job much easier.”
