Can I make copies for my students in my class? Can I print in color?
No, Class sets can be printed through the Print Shop using WebCRD. Printing in color is available for bulletin boards, posters, buttons, etc.

I always create bulletin boards and door decorations for my classroom. Can I gather the materials needed and bring it back to my campus?
Items in the Teacher Center are to be used for projects worked on in the Teacher Center and must be at least 50% complete before leaving.

Can I make placemats for students for our holiday party and laminate them?
Yes, you can most certainly make placemats, but they will NOT be laminated. Artwork, certificates, photos, and worksheets will not be laminated.

Can I make die-cut basketballs for our basketball players for the school lockers?
Yes, since this is a school sport involving district students, you can make the locker decorations for the individual students.

Can I laminate a poster that I bought in a store or items I’ve created on campus?
Yes, but please note that the Teacher Center is not liable for any damages to material brought from outside the center.

My high school child would like to help me in the Teacher Center. Are they allowed to come to the Teacher Center to help me?
For safety reasons minors are NOT allowed in the Teacher Center. Since we have so many different types of machines at the Teacher Center, safety is our priority.

I have purchased some items from teacher pay teacher. Can I use it to print for my team?
No, when a teacher purchases a license, it is for the use of only that teacher to use that license. Materials bought through teacher pay teacher and other similar resources need to be verified thorough proof of purchase by an employee in order to print. Also, class copies should be sent through WebCRD.

If I need to make a poster, do I have to create my master copy at the Teacher Center?
No, as long as the original does not have copyright protection attached to it and is PRINT READY, you can scan your original to make a poster, or you can save it to a jump drive and access it at the Teacher Center.
