Junior League Branch Out and Grow Grant 2023 application
Branch Out and Grow Grant is again available to educators in the five-parish area (Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis, Beauregard, and Allen). For several years, this program has supported the enhancement of student experiences by awarding $500 to $2,500 and by contributing the time of the League members with volunteer hours as requested by applicants.
Educators are welcome and encouraged to submit applications for both grants, Branch Out and Grow as well as the TEACH grant.
DEADLINE: Applications must be dropped off to JLLC office or emailed to grants_scholarships@jllc.net by Friday, November 10, 2023 for the consideration of the Branch Out and Grow Educational Grant.

Junior League TEACH grant 2023 Application
Teachers wishing to be considered for the $5,000 TEACH Grants must submit the full application, along with signatures, no later than Friday, October 20,2023, to be considered for the $5,000 TEACH Grant.
Educators are welcome and encouraged to submit applications for both grants. As the Branch Out and Grow and TEACH grants are two separate programs, there are two separate applications with separate deadlines- please read each thoroughly, as there are some differences.

Calcasieu Teachers & Employess Credit Union Grant
At Calcasieu Teachers & Employees Credit Union we love our teachers! We know that teachers are always looking to pursue excellence in the classroom – but it can be expensive. That’s why we are excited to offer three $250 teacher classroom grants beginning in October 2019 and continuing through April 2020. Celestron Binocular Grants
Celestron Optics is providing binoculars to classrooms participating in citizen-science projects. Whether you’re watching a bird feeder, going out on regular bird walks, or participating in a bio blitz, share with us how your students are scientists and what you could accomplish with a classroom set of binoculars. This grant will be distributed on a rolling basis until all binoculars have been distributed. Grant recipients will be selected at the end of each month. If you are a mini-grant recipient, you will be required to share your grant experience through the BirdSleuth Action Map.
