Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer and on the keyboard, while holding down CTRL + SHIFT press DELETE.
2. Select and "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data".
3. Click "Delete".

Firefox

1. Open Firefox and on the keyboard, while holding down CTRL + SHIFT press DELETE.
2. In the "Clear All History" menu, choose "Everything".
3. Select "Cookies" and "Cache".
4. Click "Clear Now".

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome and on the keyboard, while holding down CTRL + SHIFT press DELETE.
2. In the Obliterate menu, choose "the beginning of time".
3. Make sure that the boxes for "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files are checked off".
4. Click "Clear browsing data".
