Current employees and substitutes



  • Please review the following information regarding our CPSB employment application process. 

    • All current CPSB employees MUST apply through the Employee Access Center. The User ID is a 7 digit employee number starting with “1”.  If needed, contact your site level attendance staff member, call the Personnel or Payroll Department, or email eac@cpsb.org to obtain the User ID.
    • You are allowed to complete the application in several steps. You do not have to complete all the steps in a single session.  You can complete them at different times, even on different days.  Be sure to save your application before exiting the page.
    • The application consists of multiple steps and will take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete.
    • Your application will be considered “in process” until you complete it.
    • All fields marked with the red asterisks are required.
    • Applications will be retained for one year.
    • For positions requiring a degree, you must upload copies of transcripts.

    Application Process:

    • Log in to Employee Access Center
    • Select Recruitment link on the left
    • Complete the online application for the desired job posting
    • Save as you go
    • Submit – Once submitted, you may not edit or upload additional documents.
