The Teacher Center is an indirect link to the instructional programs in all the schools from Headstart through 12th grade.  We provide supplies, equipment, instructional guidance, and expertise for the creation of developmentally appropriate classroom materials to enhance their teaching.  The only limitation is their imagination and the staff are available to help with all aspects of that.   This facility is available to over 25,000 people within our parish.  The center is open approximately 50 hours a week during the school year.  Teachers, paraprofessionals, and all eligible employees may utilize the center's services during all hours of operation.

The center maintains an extensive collection of Ellison and Accucut Die-Cuts. There are also three Variquest cutout maker and design centers which allow teachers to cut thousands of shapes/alphabets faster than cutting each shape by hand. We provide poster board, construction paper, cardstock, laminators, paper cutters, markers, 4 Dell Computers, and other materials to inspire any teacher's creative thinking.
