Students across Calcasieu Parish School Board are invited to participate in a series of Minecraft Education District Competitions designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Hosted through the CPSB Minecraft Education Canvas Course, these experiences encourage students to apply their learning, explore real-world concepts, and showcase their ideas through the engaging platform of Minecraft Education.
Students may participate individually or as part of a team of up to four students. Opportunities are open to all CPSB students and are organized into grade-level divisions to ensure fair participation.
Projects may be completed during classroom instructional time, when curriculum and schedules permit, or independently outside of school using Minecraft Education.

Competition Information
The competition will open on October 5, 2026, and remain open through November 13, 2026. Entries must be submitted by the end of the day on November 13, 2026.
Minecraft: Bring Learning to Life
In this event, students will transform what they have learned into an engaging Minecraft Education Experience that teaches, inspires, and inform visitors.
Participants will select a topic, concept, skill, or idea they have learned in the classroom and create a Minecraft world that brings that knowledge to life through explorations, interactions, and creativity.
