Beginning in 2026, teachers will have opportunities to receive Tech Rewards in exchange for completing Technology Training courses and events. The first opportunity for earning Tech Rewards will be in October when a new Tech Quest: The Great Tech Hunt begins. Stay tuned for more information!
Tech Points
Since May 1, 2015, Tech Points have been awarded to classroom teachers for Technology Staff Development that takes place outside of school hours and is sponsored by the Tech Training Center. Teachers received 1 Tech Point per completed hour to redeem the points in the Tech Point Store at any time.

Redeeming Tech Points
When you want to redeem points, create a new Incident IQ help ticket and select "Other Requests", select "Tech Points", then select the item. You will be notified by a ticket update (via email) when your equipment is ready to be picked up.
Tech Point & Tech Rewards Policy
This equipment provided in this program is the property of the teacher as long as they remain an employee of CPSB. When the teacher leaves the parish the equipment must be returned to the Technology Center. Tech Points & Rewards are individually earned and redeemed. They are not transferable.
Note: Tech Points and Tech Rewards are awarded to CPSB classroom teachers only. Available items and the number of points assigned to them is subject to change as availability and costs change. CPSB assets like iPads, laptops, and 3D printers are assigned in incidentIQ.
