Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Instructions
If you are interested in short tutorial videos on how to submit tickets and other tasks, log in to incidentIQ and click the "HELP" button located at the top right side of the screen then on the right panel, click "INCIDENT IQ ACADEMY". The "Requestor Training" will have the videos on submitting tickets.
Click the link below to submit a ticket.
If you have existing "Footprints" tickets, you can still reply to those tickets via email but all new tickets must be created using incidentIQ.
If you have trouble logging in or submitting a ticket, you can call the CPSB Tech Help Desk at 217-HELP.
