With the start of the new school year, we are excited to introduce a new help desk ticketing system called incidentIQ. We hope that this new modern help desk system will make it easier for you to submit and track your tech help tickets.
The login screen will look like the screenshot below. You will click the "CPSB - Office 365 Login" button and use your full CPSB email address and CPSB password to login.
If you are interested in short tutorial videos on how to submit tickets and other tasks, log in to incidentIQ and click the "HELP" button located at the top right side of the screen then on the right panel, click "INCIDENT IQ ACADEMY". The "Requestor Training" will have the videos on submitting tickets.

If you have existing "Footprints" tickets, you can still reply to those tickets via email but all new tickets must be created using incidentIQ.
