Grade Enhancement Assignments:
May 1, 2020
You are being offered the opportunity to raise each of your first three report card grades by one letter grade. In order to raise your grades, you must complete and turn in the following Grade Enhancement Assignments. You may do one, two or all three of these assignments. To receive credit, all work MUST be completed and turned in by Friday, May 15.
To bring up your first nine weeks grade, complete and turn in work for Grade Enhancement Assignment 1. This assignment covers AgileMind topics 2, 3 and 5, it has 37 questions.
To bring up your second nine weeks grade, complete and turn in work for Grade Enhancement Assignment 2. This assignment covers AgileMind topics 6, 7, and 8, it has 35 questions.
To bring up your third nine weeks grade, complete and turn in work for Grade Enhancement Assignment 3. This assignment covers AgileMind topics 10, 11, and 12, it has 35 questions.
You are able to access the assignments in variety of ways: 1) You can log into AgileMind and do your work on looseleaf paper. 2) You can print the pages yourself from the above underlined links and do your work on those pages. 3) You can go to school on Tuesday or Thursday to pick up printed packets and do your work on those pages.
The best way to turn your work in is to enter the answers into the AgileMind grade enhancement assignments AND take pictures of your papers and email those to me. If you do not have technology, you can return your completed packet to school, just be sure to include a cover page with your name, your grade, your math teacher's name and the assignment number. Remember it must be turned in by May 15.
Corona Virus Assignments:
March 20, 2020
There are AgileMind review assignments being posted in AgileMind and I would love it if you would work in IXL, especially on sections Y, Z, and AA. Your 8th grade IXL sections are starred. You should be able to click on the links (words in the sentence) and go to the sites.
Also, I would love to hear about my students... ask a question about math and/or let me know how everyone is doing... I miss "my kids". Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
