Instructions for Contactless Supply Pick-Up:

1. Pull in the front car pick up line on Louisiana Avenue between 8 AM and 2 PM on Thursday, May 14.
2. When you arrive to pick up your student’s things, a staff member will come to your car to get the student’s name and homeroom teacher. Please remain in your vehicle at all times.
3. While the staff member is getting your student’s items, please prepare your vehicle for it to be loaded. This could include opening your trunk or backseat door and moving any objects that might prevent a contact-free loading process.
4. Once we have your items, we’ll bring it out to your vehicle and load it! Easy and contactless!

Student learning packets will be available Thursday April 30 (Week 3) and May 7 (Week 4) from 8:00-11:00am. Packets will be located in grade level tubs in the car pick-up area on E. School Street. Please respect social distancing guidelines by waiting for one person to finish getting packets before exiting the vehicle. Staff members will not be outside, and we ask that you do not congregate and visit.

Immersion packets for grades 3-5 will be in a colored folder in the grade level tub. Please take one set. 

These packets are optional and offer an opportunity for students to engage in paper/pencil activities. The packets are also available on teacher's websites. Please contact your child's teacher if you have any questions.
