Our ELA Content: Students may view Canvas daily for assignments. The assignments are easy to follow and can be completed at home when absent. The ilc website (formally Learnzillion) and apps are within their "Launchpad." All of these may be accessed through a computer, tablet, or their smart phone.
HOMEWORK: Students will have homework this year. If they are assigned homework, this will be added material that they will need to complete at home. Most of the time it will consist of reading 1-3 chapters and completing questions.
Agenda: I do post a daily agenda. If I include an assignment or workbook page, have your child show you their work to see if it has been completed.
Communication: Please feel free to reach out to meet through email. firstname.lastname@example.org. I only respond to email during work hours. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.
Conferences: Conferences may be scheduled through one of our secretaries. Conferences are usually right after school and should not last more than 20 minutes.
Need additional help: Students may come to me during their PE hour to complete an assignment or get assistance on an assignment.
