Please read with your child every night.  They are learning to read right now.  By reading with your child every day, this will help develop a love for reading.

  Students in grades 1 & 2 are checking out books and being encouraged to take an AR quiz when they feel they know the story well enough to answer 5 comprehension questions.  Students have a reading goal and a comprehension goal.  Students will receive a treat at the end of the nine weeks for meeting goals.
