Calcasieu ParishSchool Board

 We are pleased to share the PROGRESS Project, Calcasieu’s framework to support the many professional development and performance management initiatives  in our 20 participating priority schools. Our end goal is to facilitate increased student achievement and educator effectiveness. By focusing on developing human capital, supporting teaching and learning, and a structure of recognition and rewards, we will ensure that schools allow students, teachers and leaders to realize their potential. The project draws upon the dedication, talents and expertise from stakeholders across the district. Together, we will cultivate a process of collaboration, data analysis, feedback and effective action. Together, we will ensure PROGRESS.
