Calcasieu Parish School Board Honors 2025–2026 Support Employees of the Year
The Calcasieu Parish School Board is proud to announce the 2025–2026 Support Employees of the Year. This year’s district-level honorees are Krista O’Quain from Vincent Settlement Elementary, LaTasha Traylor from Moss Bluff Middle, and Tracie Jarrell from LaGrange High.
“Our support employees keep us in business,” said Superintendent Dr. Jason VanMetre. “They transport our students to school. They cook our students’ meals. They welcome guests into our schools. They support teachers in classrooms. They keep our schools clean, and so much more. We cannot do what we do without them, and we are grateful for these very special members of our CPSB family. Congratulations to Ms. O’Quain, Ms. Traylor, and Ms. Jarrell.”
