As we find ourselves amid another successful academic year, we want to take this opportunity to remind you of our priority to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, and to maintain open lines of communication with you as our valued parents and guardians.

As we find ourselves amid another successful academic year, we want to take this opportunity to remind you of our priority to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, and to maintain open lines of communication with you as our valued parents and guardians.

 

One essential element in this endeavor is having accurate contact information for each family in our school district. Accurate contact information is crucial in emergencies, for sharing important updates, and for keeping you informed about your child's academic progress.

 

We would like to ask you take a few moments to review and update your contact information with the school district. This includes your current phone numbers, email addresses, and home address. Please complete all applicable fields. During this process, you will be prompted to enter a “Student Cell Phone Number.” This is the number that will be used by teachers and club/athletic sponsors to send text messages to your child about assignments, events, and other important information through a secure means. If you do not wish for the school to text your child or if your child does not have a cell phone number, please leave this field blank. Accurate information will continue to allow us to:

 

1. Communicate important school news, events, and announcements

2. Contact you in case of emergency or unexpected school closures

3. Ensure you receive important academic updates

4. Facilitate your participation in parent-teacher conferences and school activities

 

To update your contact information, please log in to Student Progress Center. It is important that, if applicable, both parents/guardians update contact information through their individual SPC accounts. We are asking families to complete updates by December 15
