Starks High School Bond Proposal

1. New 200' Softball Field with Press Box (Open Air Press Box behind Home Plate), (150 seats) bleachers, and dugouts 0 fields to be natural turf

2. Improved green space around ballpark

3. New concessions and restrooms (1,800 SF)

4. New ballpark entry plaza (2,500 +/- SF)

5. New baseball and softball batting cages (3 lanes)

6. New baseball and softball storage buildings (625 SF each)

7. New 300' baseball field with press box (open air press box behind home plate), (250 seat) bleachers, and dugouts - fields to be natural turf

8. New baseball north parking lot - 40 spaces

9. New baseball south parking lot - 60 spaces

10. New gymnasium facility (19,140 SF) spaces include: lobby, gym (50' x 84' basketball court), elevated bleachers both sides, locker rooms, weight room, multipurpose room, concessions

11. New parking lot - west side - 18 spaces

12. New gymnasium parking lot - 90 spaces

13. New gynasium entry plaza - 3,000 SF

14.  New front entry school parking lot - 45 spaces

15. Existing gymnasium interior improvements, including locker rooms, restrooms, and gymnasium
