Device Rental Information

Device checkout for all students enrolled in the 100% virtual program will begin on Monday, Aug 17th.   At this time only TWO devices per family will be available for checkout. 

To checkout a device the following guidelines must be met:

  • Student is enrolled in the virtual program NOT face to face instruction and the registration fee for virtual has been paid.
  • Device loaner fee of $20 has been paid online PRIOR to coming to school to pick up a device.

The procedure will be as follows:

  • Parents will report to their child’s campus – IMS or IHS
  • Parents will come through the front door of the school to have their temperature and symptom check complete. Masks must be worn at all times.
  • Parents will then be directed to the school library to complete the rental agreement; a driver's license must be presented at this time.
