All student log in/password should follow the following format.  If a student is having trouble logging in, check the format. 

Student Login (For: Sam Jon Welsh, ID 1234567)

USER NAME: lower case first initial+lower case last initial+ID number

PASSWORD: CAPITAL first initial+lower case last initial+ ! + ? + last 4 ID #s

User name: sw1234567

Password: Sw!?4567

This login information is for the student to log on to a CPSB device, log into Blackboard and for their CPSB email.
